A meeting with myself

I’m in love with this fellowship since day 1, I tried to get into it and I got in which was my first victory at Amal. All of Amal’s principles have taught us something every passing day. I am a medical student, so sometimes it was difficult for me to run both things in parallel, but I tried my best to put efforts into this fellowship and here we are, successfully, at the end of it with lots of learnings.

Amal’s first 2 weeks were about finding the purpose of your life, which connects with Amal’s principle #Khudi, it was really a great way for self-actualization. The life map gave me a clear mind of what I am going to do after graduation sInce I never thought of it seriously before so the life map and the smart goal both gave me a sense of responsibility and I hence got what I wanted to pursue after graduation. I am grateful to Amal for giving all of us the opportunity to craft ourselves into a better version of ourselves.

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

Since it is the last week of fellowship, I went back to have a session with old Arslan, 3 months back, and what I observed was really surprising, I felt that I have become more confident, more good at ice-breaking, can engage in a fruitful conversation, have learned the etiquettes of interviews, presentation, etc.

It’s a lack of clarity that creates chaos and frustration. Those emotions are poison to any living goal.

Once again thanks to Amal and our respected facilitators who supported and guided us throughout this fellowship. I will definitely recommend the Amal Fellowship program to my circle.

Happiness only real when shared.
