This is your captain speaking
And we are ready to take off to the trip down memory lane. Amal last session ended with leaving all of us fellows emotional and perished. what a beautiful and awesome journey it was full of learning and fun. we talked about what our experience in the past 3 months was and how Amal fellowship changed us a human being and as a student. Life is full of ups and downs it's all about how you handle these ups and downs and come out of it like a champion.

In the last Amal session we decided to pay our respect and gratitude to our lovely and most helpful facilitators, Miss Huda and Mr. Hamza who in these past 3 months were always there to support us and help us, this fellowship would have been useless without their help, support, and love. We wrote a thankyou note to them for making us learn all in the career prep fellowship. we talked about how we will miss them and this fellowship, our friends we made during the course of this experience, and most of all the Project works which taught me to do work under pressure and when time is running out.

Talking with someone about how you feel about something really helps your mental health and uplifts your mood. the other person feels involved in your life which gives them a feeling of contentment. You also feel light and somewhere in the back of your mind, you have faith that someone is here to listen to you.
Keeping in touch with your friends really helps with your emotional well being and I plan to keep in touch with my amal fellows in the future by contacting them weekly and making plans to meet up with each other. we will talk about how life is going and how are they doing. this will be our leisure time and we will make sure we are there for each other when someone needs us.
Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.
I wish the best of luck to the Amal team for their future endeavors and to all my Amal fellows for the new beginning and life ahead of them. May Allah be with them through every thick and thin. another chapter of life closed and another to be opened, God knows what is in it for us. Until next time Take care. :)
